衰老是生物个体随时间推移的必然过程,是复杂的自然现象。如何逆转衰老是长久的话题,我们不断应用现代科技来对抗衰老,干细胞被誉为再生医学中最核心的医疗技术,与衰老的关系十分密切。我国正采取一系列措施减缓老龄化社会趋势,在2022年国家科技部国家重点研发计划“干细胞研究与器官修复”重点专项申报指南中,干细胞及器官衰老的干预技术研究为5大重点方向之一。
